Machine tool cleaning and Refurbishment

In this service we would remove all guarding and covers and give the machine a good clean using electrical friendly cleaning detergent around electrical components and a heavy duty cleaner in heavily soiled areas. 

This Service is a good background to follow on with machine tool painting as you can see below.

We will remove as much as we can and take it off site. Where it will shot blasted, primed using 2 pack paint and finished in 2 pack paint to a colour of your choice. The remaining part of the machine will be prepared and painted on site working around the customers schedule.

We can also take the machine away and do it off site if required. This is good if you are relocating or reorganising you workshop.
